Yes. Buying fractional share of a company entitles you to receive a dividend in proportion to the size of the shares and their fractions owned.
For example: You buy 5.5 shares of XYZ company. A decision has been made to pay a dividend of 2 USD for each share. In this case, your dividend amount will be 11 USD (5.5 * 2 USD).
Yes. In XTB, acquiring full shares of a given company using fractional shares results in them being converted into full shares, giving you full rights associated with owning those shares (e.g. the right to participate in the general meeting). This share merging occurs once a day and from a legal point of view, you become their rightful owner within two business days after acquiring a "full share".
